The Nefertiti shinguards recall the Egyptian world not only through the hieroglyphics, present on the whole length of the protection, but also through two iconic figures of that era.

On one shinguard we find the figure of Nefertiti, famous Egyptian queen, certainly remembered as one of the most mysterious and fascinating female figures of the ancient world.

Her name means “the beauty has come”. Passed to history as the most famous queen of Egypt. The figure of the scarab, the symbol of resurrection, stands out on the other shinguard.

The amulets in the shape of a scarab were placed on mummies (“heart scarabs”, on whose inferior face were written prayers and greeting formulas) to symbolize the rebirth. These two great Egyptian icons along with the fascinating hieroglyphics, embellish these perfect protections for training and sparring.
